Pre-Employment Health Assessments
Pre-Employment health assessments help you assess the suitability of a candidate to complete the required tasks for a job. Read more here.
Health Monitoring is a way to check if the health of your employees is being harmed by exposure to hazards while carrying out work and aims to detect early signs of ill-health or disease. Health monitoring is also necessary to ensure the control measures that you have taken are working effectively. Read more here.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
The behaviour of one person and its likely effect on another person is specifically included in the definition of ‘hazard’ in the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015. TriEx are able to carry out pre-employment, just cause, post incident and random drug tests either at our TriEx clinic or on your work site, subject to your drug and alcohol policy. Read more here.
Flu Vaccinations – New 2018
TriEx have been running vaccination programmes in the workplace for many years assisting in keeping people healthy and safe at work. We are excited to be offering our Flu Vaccinations into the Wellington region for 2018. For more information on flu vaccinations click here.
Hearing tests are required to be offered to employees if your workplace has noise levels exceeding 85db(A)Leq8 and workers are exposed for lengthened periods of time. Hearing tests document if your noise controls are effective and assist in the education of your tea. Learn more here.
Lung Function Testing
Lung function testing is recommended for employees who are exposed to contaminants in the air, such as fumes and dust that could affect lung function. Learn more here.
Health & Wellness Assessments are designed to inform and increase employees’ awareness of cardiovascular risk factors. Assessments allow individuals to discuss blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol results and lifestyle choices with a registered nurse. CVD risk assessment and information of test results are recorded in a personal health booklet that employees keep for future reference.
