Our Flu programme has been tremendously successful this year, and we are very proud to be keeping New Zealand workers healthy by administering flu vaccinations in so many workplaces. Influenza is a serious illness and your best protection is vaccination. Our flu programme will be coming to an end soon, however there is still time to send us your booking form for onsite vaccinations. More about this at the link below.

Our highly regarded Asbestos Awareness training courses are scheduled to re-start on June 8. These 4 hour courses are essential for anyone who is likely to come into contact with asbestos as part of their daily work activity. TriEx is appearing at the next Safeguard Conference on May 30 and 31 at SkyCity in Auckland. This year the conference is all about building trust, as organisations that place trust in their people have the best health and safety outcomes. You can read more about this at the link below.

Lastly, WorkSafe are currently issuing improvement notices for air quality in workplaces. The largest proportion of workplace contaminants are taken into the body by inhalation, which can lead to a range of long lasting health effects that may not begin to show symptoms until many years into the future.
