This half day seminar provides participants with a grounding in:

Changes to the Act effective from 2003, including:
- Employee participation - what is it, how does it work, who is involved
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Stress and fatigue

- Duties of suppliers and hirers
- Obligations regarding volunteers
