Farming Environment First Aid Training (FEFA) (4Hrs, 1 Day, 2 Day)

This course is targeted at the rural industry and in particular the dairy, sheep, beef and horticultural communities.

This course is designed to ensure that attendees have the necessary skills to administer first aid and save a life. Depending on the length of the course all or some of the following topics will be covered:  
•    Incident management
•    CPR
•    Animal kicking injuries
•    Crushing injuries
•    Bleeding & Shock
•    Electrocution
•    Heart Attack/Stroke
•    Heat and cold exposure
•    Fractures and dislocations
•    Lifting type Sprains and strains
•    Slips, trips and falls
•    Head injuries, spinal injuries
•    Poisoning
•    Allergic Reactions
•    Inhaled gases
•    Ingested chemicals
Other topics can be modified/added to suit.
