TriEx Safety Division Staff can assist with all accidents and incidents in the workplace including serious harm accidents and can offer advice on making the workplace safer. We are able to notify and coordinate with the Department of Labour “OSH” inspectors on your behalf should a serious harm injury occur.
TriEx staff have extensive knowledge of accident and incident investigations. Should the worst happen, we can assist with defending any potential prosecutions brought against your company or individual members of staff.

What’s involved?
- Call TriEx as soon as possible after the event.
- A member of our Safety Division will attend the scene of the accident as quickly as they can to conduct the investigation and coordinate with the Department of Labour “OSH” inspectors if required.
- TriEx will produce a comprehensive report detailing the findings of the investigation with recommendations on required actions.
- Further assistance and advice can be provided on request.
